Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

Guests are allowed to reschedule their HORISEN High Dining experience up to 4 hours prior to their reservation time. However, a 50% charge will be applied for rescheduling.

Cancellation by Customer

In case of cancellation by the customer, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Due to Weather

If the HORISEN High Dining experience is cancelled due to strong winds, rain, thunder & lightning, or other bad weather, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their experience.

We highly recommend our guests to check the weather conditions before their reservation and contact us in case of any concerns or questions.
